I chose to go with Wollman Realty due to them being a smaller local established business with a history in the Berlin area market. The real estate market went through a lot of pain after the 2008 recession and I thought that to survive that meant you were doing a good job. I invited Steve over a year or so ago for his appraisal and opinion on where to focus my resources. He knows the local market and gave me valuable feedback and periodically followed up on my progress, no hard sell. When the time came to list it he had already networked with other realtors and we had 3 offers the first week. Steve made it easy to work through the contingincies and had a network of local contractors to clean up the last needed repairs.
